With clear blue skies and a gentle breeze 16 players entered and played in the Singles Trophy on Saturday 11th May 2024. With Paul acting as the Umpire play began at 10:30am with three timed games of 30 minutes, using the snake method. Loren drew the semi finalists into pairs Wendy vs Simon and Dave C vs Andy M. Simon & Dave went through to the final, Dave raced ahead with a commanding lead, Simon began clawing back point by point but eventually Dave took the game winning the trophy. The trophy was donated by Pete Jones and presented to Dave by Loren.
